It was like an orchestra presentation to tell a tragic tale. For a moment, Everbee could not help but feel her eyes water down. she touched her face and was surprised to see that she was actually dropping tears. Cuban walked up to her, "I know right! I come here to understand his pain sometimes. From what I have heard the elders say, he was once upon a time a guest. But once our lord Asmodeus betrayed the prince of Hell, his capture was sealed. They torture him day and night for information about a... a Codex. However, apart from his cries, nothing ever leaves his mouth."

Everbee\'s attention was drawn to those words, "Codex!?" Cuban nodded, "yes, Elder Kudus said that the Codex is the curse of the universe, and that the fallen angel Uriel is the only one that knows where it is. From the time they brought him here, it has always been the same thing." Once more, she was hearing information that she was not formally allowed to know. Just then, the Elders were done with their torture process. They walked over to another corner as they conversed. Unknown to them, two children were listening to their words. "This is not working! No matter how we torture him, he is not talking." one elder spoke up. "Uriel is a very stubborn fallen. I suggest that we forget about this and kill him once and for all!" another Elder spoke up. This one was obviously frustrated about their efforts going in vain.

However, Kudus spoke up, "No! We can\'t do that. Unless one of you can make it into purgatory and back alive with what we want, this fallen is our only way to finding the codex. Our lord asmodeus will have our heads if we can\'t get it out of him."

All the elders suddenly fell silent. The mention of Asmodeus\'s name was a solid threat. After all, they all knew how dangerous and void of mercy their lord was. Another Elder suddenly spoke up. "Since we cannot get the information for now, we should at least be able to present something to him. What about the Judas weapon?" All the elders turned to Kudus once this was mentioned. The Elders nodded, and then another Elder thought of something, "why not use the Devil heart that he stole from that being? After all, it is capable of delivering incredible power." However, Kudus shook his head, "that is a devil\'s heart. It contains incredible Chaos magic. We all know how chaos magic can be very dangerous to our demon kind. It is for this reason that the Lords of the royal family only joined hands to eradicate the Lucifer family after the fall of the prince of hell." Another elder nodded, "yes, we are all familiar with the fall. That is an event that has both happened and yet not happened. Since it is outside time itself, one can say that it is yet top happen. But soon, it will merge with the current time flow.

And once it does, the little fights we have with the other royal families will evolve into full blown war. We have to get on with the Judas project as fast as possible."

On saying this, another Elder spoke up, "I suggest a title promotion." "Huh!" all the elders turned to the elder that had spoken up. the Elder cleared his throat as he continued, "We all know that titling can give one special abilities. Possible enough to enhance Everbee\'s strength to be able to carry on the load of both the devil heart and still power up the judas."

The elders all nodded. "So what Title shall it be? A Viscount is too high, and we all know how that she is not worth that kind of Title. She is yet to be able to form an Arcane pillar."

On hearing those words, Everbee, who was listening could not help but frown harshly. Once more, her incompetence was holding her back. Kudus suddenly spoke up, "How about the Title of Baroness?" The Elders nodded at those words. kudus nodded at them too, "then it is settled, as bloodline elders of the Asmodeus family, we shall crown her the title of Baroness with the authority of our bloodline granted to us by our lord Asmodeus." As Kudus said this, he made a cut with a curvy blade on his flesh and so did the other Elders. The drops of blood that fell off rushed to convey together and then it disappeared. the moment it did, it appeared before Everbee\'s eyes. And then without a wasting time, it rushed into her head. Instantly, she fell on the ground as a transformation began in her body. Cuban wanted to intervene, but he did not know what to do. And all he could do was just watch and wait.  Her bones broke and remodeled themselves. Her chest got fuller, and her shape got rounder. and then came the horns that grew at the top of her head. Soon, the transformation was complete, with Everbee becoming a baroness. The clothes she had wore before were no longer her size and were torn all over. Cuban walked up to her, "Cousin... Cousin are you okay!" n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

However, the baroness raised her head to him, revealing her eyes that now had a shade of red and blue. Instantly, she dived on him. It was this day that Cuban learnt the important lesson of never being in the same room with a lust demon...
